Welcome to H.A.L. Woodworking, a 31 year-old family run business located in Central Virginia that hand crafts solid wood products in oak, ash, walnut & cherry. All items are finished with a furniture grade finish.
While we try to have all woodworking items in stock for immediate shipment, at times it may be several days before your order is ready for shipment.
If you have a special event deadline, please tell us! If you need a large quantity please call to
verify a shipping date.
Military Discounts
We are a proud 3 generation Navy family, and to show our thanks to those who are currently serving and defending our country, we offer discounts to all active duty military personel and military units. Please email us or call Roger for details and quotes.
If you have an APO address, we can ship to you by US Mail (USPS). Please enter your home (in the US) address zip code under the Package Destination zip prompt on our shopping cart (the program will not recognize APO zips for that field). Then under ship to address section, enter your correct APO address, which we will use for the address label. Ignore the UPS total the computer will give you for shipping. Most small orders going to APO addresses will run about $15.00 by US Mail.
All our woodworking products carry an unconditional guarantee – if you are not satisfied, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money.

This is an example of a wooden pet urn with our laser engraving capabilities. The engraving was created from a photograph of Buddy. Please feel free to contact us for pricing and more information on laser engraving. The normal charge
to laser a dog or cat picture, on a pet urn, with name and dates under the picture is $50-$60, depending on the size of the urn. This may vary depending on the picture.
